The Zara Puppy is a smaller, 3" version of the original Zara Spook made by Heddon. Heddon Lures now makes available the famous walk-the-dog bait in this smaller profile. The retrieve is acheived with a rythmic, slack in the line motion after each rod pulse, making the bait move from left to right and back again driving fish crazy.
