Megabass MAKIPPA FFS

The Megabass Makippa FFS Blade Jig is a finesse blade jig designed specifically for Forward Facing Sonar (FFS) applications. Developed from requests by Brandon Palaniuk and other Megabass USA pro staff, the Makippa FFS combines a compact, slim body with Megabass's proprietary blade hook system (PAT.P).

Its high-density weight design allows the blade jig to quickly reach the targeted range, while the compact body responds immediately to delicate techniques such as light twitches and shakes. Flash generated by both the body and blade creates a strong visual presence, even when targeting smaller prey.

The Makippa FFS can also be worked with intentional line shakes after reaching the desired range to trigger bites from less active targets. Increasing the retrieve speed produces a bright flash along with vibration and light that imitates the reaction of fleeing bait.
