1. What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental U.S., and we match any lower price on identical products—guaranteed. If your order is under $50, standard flat rate shipping applies.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link. You can also log into your account at any time and view your order status under “My Orders.”
3. What’s your return and exchange policy?
If you're not completely satisfied, return your items within 30 days of shipment for a full refund (minus shipping). Exchanges are accepted in that same 30-day window. (Exceptions apply—used tackle, special order items, and worn apparel aren’t returnable.)
4. Do you offer expert advice or charter services?
Yes! We provide expert fishing advice—either in store, over the phone, or online. Plus, we book guided charters on the Susquehanna and other regional waters—just contact us to set up your trip.
5. What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex), PayPal, and our own store gift cards. All payments are processed securely via SSL encryption.
