Susquehanna Fishing Tackle will match any advertised price or online price from a mainline dealer or competitor. We want you to shop from us, and we work hard every day to maintain the lowest price available. There are some sites, such as E-Bay, Amazon, and other auctions type sites that we cannot honor because they do not follow the restrictions placed on dealers by the manufacturers. If you find a lower price on anything in our store, simply let us know what the item in question is and where we can find it and we will check it out and match it as long as it is legit.

Susquehanna Fishing Tackle Inventory
We have developed a live inventory system and integrated it into our website. You will notice when ordering most products that there is an 'Availability' tag that shows how much of that particular item is in stock. We have done this to help you avoid backordered items, or to at least make you aware of how much product is currently available. While this updates frequently throughout each day, we cannot account for orders place close together that could cause this number to be off on rare occasions. If you backorder an item, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. If you decide you do not want a backordered item, you can cancel the order at any time before it ships.
Can't find what you're looking for? Susquehanna Fishing Tackle tries to keep as big of an inventory available as we can, and we are constantly adding the latest fishing tackle. When we get a large amount of products in, it can take time to get everything loaded onto our website. So if you don't see what you want, call or email us. We may have it in stock at our store even though it is not listed yet! If we don't currently have it, a lot of the time we can still order it from the manufacturer for you.
If we do not currently carry a brand, product, or even a specific color or model of tackle, let us know! If we get repeated requests for a product, we will order it and add it to our inventory! We don't like not having something that people want, and always do our best to have the biggest variety available to keep everyone happy!

We also understand that even though we have taken every security precaution available to keep your financial information safe, some people are still concerned about placing orders online. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the shipment date. The following exceptions to this policy apply: (a) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new; (b) items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged; (c) laundered (washed) garments and cannot be returned or exchanged; (d) CDs, DVDs and VCR movies can be returned only if they are unopened and unused and the factory-seal and shrink-wrap is unbroken (unless the item is defective or damaged); (e) electronic devices, including fish finders, once opened, cannot be returned and if defective or damaged must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. We do not require a "return authorization," but you may wish to contact us if you have any questions about a return or exchange. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.
Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice.
